What you’ll do:*
*

• Manage the daily information flow with your own customer base of Fortune 500 food manufacturers.
• Process orders and provide assistance through the supply chain from our warehouse to order fulfillment.
• Work with your account managers to collect, evaluate, and report sales-related data.
• Monitor customer accounts and help our accounts payable and accounts receivable teams to ensure payments are up to date.

We need you to have:*
*

• Bachelor’s degree; or relative work experience in lieu of degree
• 2+ years of customer service experience; ideally customer account management
• Good communication skills
• Attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset
• Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
